CEO

Dave has held CEO and general management roles within the manufacturing, financial and insurance industries. Prior to joining Ag Pro Exchange, Dave was CEO/President of the Life and Property Casualty companies at CUNA Mutual Insurance. He joined CUNA after working for Allianz, primarily as COO for Firemen’s Fund Insurance and President of its federal crop insurance program. Prior to that, he worked 18 years at General Electric in both domestic and international leadership positions in various consumer product businesses. Dave serves as a board member for Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of South Carolina.


Rob keel
Rob Keel

CFO

Rob has held global finance and general management roles within the airline and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Ag Pro Exchange, he was Director of Business Development at UK-based Alliance Healthcare. Before that, he oversaw the EMEA commercial supply chain organization at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and led several industry-leading distribution changes in the EMEA region. Rob began his career at Northwest Airlines where he worked in various finance functions, including more than 3 years based in the Asia Pacific division. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Billy Tiller

Billy is the fourth generation to manage a family-owned production crop and cattle operation which he has overseen for the last 33 years. In addition to his roles on the farm, he has served on the Board of two telecommunications companies serving rural America and was Executive Vice President and a Board Member for a local agricultural bank. Throughout his career, Billy has consulted and advised numerous companies desiring to increase their market share and presence within the agricultural community and has strong ties to Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.


Monty Edwards

Director & Founder

Monty is a fifth generation grower and former owner/agent of Lance Insurance Agency. He has led various innovation initiatives including the transformation to a paperless office through the implementation and configuration of a proprietary document management system and has a strong understanding of the current methods of moving information in the agricultural sector. Monty is currently the owner and managing broker for M. Edwards, REALTORS® and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Production from Texas Tech University.
